Terms of Service & Engagement Agreements

These Terms govern your engagement with Digiman Marketing for PPC billing, GMB, SEO, AEO, and Web Dev operations in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

1. Monthly Rolling Contracts

All marketing packages (Starter, Growth, Business, and custom Enterprise tiers) operate on contract-free, month-to-month terms. Clients can cancel, pause, or adjust billing budgets by sending an email notice at least 15 days before the next monthly cycle.

2. Ad Spend Separation Guarantee

Management service fees paid to Digiman cover strategy, weekly keyword bids, GTM tag configurations, and CRO changes. Ad budgets are paid directly to Google or Meta Ads. Clients maintain active bank accounts linked to their own profiles.

3. Liability & Performance Blueprints

We make optimization decisions based on actual conversion historical databases. Due to competitive search auctions and external market parameters, we do not promise fixed sales quantities but guarantee delivery of all optimization roadmaps specified under our SLA.
